# RNA anlysis

1. To prepare samples, combine 1µL DNA sample to 9µL water in LoBind tubes

2. Log into the PAN website 

   ​	a.	RNA-DNA QC → Place Order

   ​	b.	Sample Type: cDNA

   ​	c.	Assay Type: HS DNA

   ​	d.	Sample Source: in vitro

   ​	e.	Type in sample name and concentration

3. Sample name will be generated from PAN website

   ​	a.	Label the tubes using the given sample name and your initials

4. Print out order form and bring samples to drop off in the PAN refrigerator
